The customer service is top notch, as it is expected when you stay at the Waldorf, but the rooms not so much. Housekeeping fell a bit short, the room wasn't dusted, the furniture was scratched to the point it stood out as you entered the rooms. Will admit was a little taken back by the room in the shape it was in, but overall it is a hotel ran by Hilton. We enjoyed our anniversary trip, can't say I would stay here again. The customer service is amazing, went over and beyond to bring us the items housekeeping forgot.
What a wonderful experience at the spa. I got the Waldorf Astoria massage during their Monday special which is an 80 minute massage for the price of a 50 minute one. It was so worth it! There is free validated valet parking, a warm neck pillow while you wait and easy payment. Andrea was my masseuse and would recommend her to anymore she was able to customize my massage pressure perfectly for what I needed. Overall would use the spa again, can’t wait until all their amenities are open tho!
Just okay, but not worth the price.
The "Grand" entrance was VERY shocking to be so small. There is no grandeur from outside nor the check in area / lobby. In fact, there is no lobby to speak of. Honestly a Holiday Inn Express has more presentation. They have a small sitting area to left of front entrance, then you enter and make a fast right and bamm run into the 3 personnel setups for the check in So small!!
Booked the room and just expected... high end quality. I concur with other reviews (didn't read them until after our stay) that the room was beat up, poorly laid out (lamp in front of TV?? crazy). The sheets... and what is supposed to be called a "COMFORT"ER - was not comfortable at all. It's as if the sheets and comforter were starched. The shower was great and full sized, but the tub left us bored and did not use it. Not a romantic or high end luxury hotel for sure.
The employees/staff are very pleasant and that is the reason for 2 stars rather than 1!
Bottom line I recommend you skip this if you are expecting the typical Waldorf Astoria experience.
Wonderful stay! The spa was beautiful and highly recommend Jarrett as a professional masseuse. Thank you to the entire staff for making my birthday stay one to remember! We will definitely be back!
The building and room was beautiful and clean. The customer service was impeccable and the employees went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Ifeoma made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. She was incredibly warm and friendly. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and my birthday and we will continue to celebrate here in style!
