Not very clean. Don’t tell you upfront there is a $60 charge to valet my truck even when I tipped $100. No vent fan in the shower so what’s the point of the view when it fogs up the windows. Fridge didn’t work. No microwave in our room. For $275 a night you would think they would have a microwave. $500 hold for incidentals. Will never come back. Terrible experience. The only positive was the guy at the front desk. He was very pleasant and helpful.
It was a good stay and almost all the staff was nice enough until you meet one of the shockingly rudest and unprofessional staffs who threw out your food from a food delivery without attempting to contact you before doing so. As an agent from one of Marriott's luxury line hotels, she refused to provide her name because she was so ashamed of treating a customer terribly and insisted to not showing her business card nor ID to avoid identity verification from a customer. I hope you did your training again, "Styles" if you were telling the truth, extremely disappointed at W and I will not come back again ever because of her but not because of her pleasant coworkers who worked their butt off to provide excellent service as always.
If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels go over to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel on there and these guys had the best rates anywhere!
We stayed for 3 days, hotel treat for my husbands birthday. Great hotel and atmosphere! Room was nice and very clean, as was the whole hotel.
I absolutely enjoyed it. Paid $300 a night for two nights. So $600... only problem the pool is seasonal and was closed when I got there. The elevators are crazy slow and the food is crazy expensive. I paid 50 for two omelets... they were good but WOAH!
Was just ok. Dirty chairs, dirty table tops, shower has low pressure, very low lighting not very-appealing for the rate. You may be paying for the location and paid amenities at this hotel now. Used to have better services and cleanliness. There’s now an additional $500 increase in incidentals. They were courteous in making arrangements, due to booking through a third party site. In addition, the $500 incidental fee wasn’t located in the home site either. I attempted to make a drafted reservation to see. This was 1/22/21 and it was not updated to $500. So rather booking directly as a Marriott member or through a third party at a lower rate, it wasn’t listed. Also, Large heavy duty trash bags for tiny bins. One robe in a double room. The vent in the shower is very dirty and moldy. No microwave only fridge.
