Stayed here for three nights. Since we did not arrive till 3am in the morning, the self-check in process was easy with no hassle. The service from Raphael was amazing. He's always willing to help by providing suggestions over WhatsApp and is available to answer any questions throughout the day. The room itself is perfect and I would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel with self check in near to Monastiraki station. Quirky, modern rooms with all facilities. Staff very helpful and informative. No breakfast inside but voucher for nearby breakfast supplied.
Loved my stay! I had a stay during the COVID-lockdown. It was very safe and the manager Raphael was very helpful how to order food and what was possible during the lockdown. I got a upgrade for free and the rooms were great with a nice balcony as well. They also arranged the transfer from and to the airport. I then had a great driver Vasilis who taught me a lot about Athens and showed me nice views on the way to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this place!
Can’t recommend enough!! From the start it was easy to get in touch with the staff, and when we were there, we couldn’t feel better taken care of. Carla at reception was truly amazing, she tried everything at her reach to make us feel at home. Rafael was kind to be our contact in Athens after our airline had lost our bags. Human touch was everything, but not all. The rooms were also spot on. Thank you PAME House!! See you next time!!
Very modern hotel. The deluxe studio is very nice and big. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe where you can choose one item if a special breakfast menu. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful.
