First time staying here but hand on heart I can say it's absolutely fantastic.
Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the service provided by the staff and kindness of everyone we met here is just incredible. I would gladly recommend this to everyone and anyone is looking for a welcoming place to stay at when coming to visit Athens.
Close to all of the attractions such as the Acropolis and town center as well .
What an unprofessional hotel management, bad experience, stay away.
I originally made a booking for several rooms for mid June 2020. Hotel asked for a deposit which I gladly paid on February 25th 2020 by bank transfer.
With the Covid / pandemic situation our plans got cancelled. I contacted the hotel and asked for a cancellation and a refund due to the situation by April 3rd and after back and forth emails they send me an email agreeing to cancel my reservation and refund in full my deposit on April 15th 2020.
After that date I haven't received a refund nor the hotel is answering my emails. After some telephone calls, reception employees tell me that they have took notice my request but no-one is responding back from the hotel.
Stay away from this hotel, very unprofessional, bad management. #KlepsydraUrbanSuitesFail
The hotel is new, everything is perfectly functional, the staff is very helpful and kind (if I may say is extremely rare in Athens for what I experienced), the apartment was very spacious, the cleaning was perfect and the location is very good, walking distance from every touristic spot. I am very happy about this hotel and I will recommend it 100%.
We stayed here two nights. The rooms were large and modern. The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. The boxed breakfast was a the only down side. It was an interesting novelty the first day, but not so much the next. However, I would definitely stay there again because the friendly staff and great location.
The staff were amazing and very accomodating, the facilities are new and very clean and the location is very convenient. Wuld definitely recommend.
