I had a really nice customer experience, while preparing my trip and stay to Athens last year. The staff was very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly.
Unfortunately, from the moment that my trip had to be cancelled (due to the corona pandemic), the problems began. I have been trying to reach the staff via e-mail to organize the refund of my booking, but none of my e-mails has been answered till now. When I called for the first time in April, I was told to wait until May. When I called in May, I was again told to wait until June, when the hotels would re-open and the refund process could be initiated. When I called in June, I was told that the majority of the cancellations had been refunded, but apparently not mine. The staff searched for my reservation, asked me to send them my bank details and promised to initiate the refund as soon as possible.
This was ten days ago and still nothing has happened. Additionally, nobody is answering the phone right now, and I don't even think that it would make sense to write another e-mail, since I've never got a respond.
I was really planning to rebook my room as soon as the situation normalizes and traveling will be safe again. Unfortunately under these circumstances, Ederlezi doesn't give me any other option than not booking at their hotel again.
I would have loved to judge the hotel as a guest, now I can only judge it by the way it handles a crisis like this. I can fully understand the difficulties that hotels are going through at this moment, but this behaviour is just unacceptable.

Really nice Hotel! We simply loved it! The design is very nice and it is really cozy and clean. The service was so adorable. We will be back once back in Athens.
Very nice and clean hotel in the centre of Athens! The staff was Very helpful and gave us great tips on where to eat and have drinks. Definitely recommend it!!
Absolutely lovely hotel!! Amazing location and very friendly and helpful stuff. Would definitely stay again.
