Julian and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Our suite was amazing. Very very comfortable in every way. Room service is very quick and the restaurant is delicious as well. Perfect location. Walk to everything. Love this place. Intend to return.
A couple of weeks ago we celebrated our wedding anniversary at this beautiful luxury hotel. After a warm welcome with a complimentary drink and appetizer, we were offered a private tour. This hotel is in an extraordinay and charming building with a history.
Immediately after arriving in our nicely decorated hotel room, the hotel suprised us with complimentary champagne and some bits and bites.
Also, OCCO bar is wonderfull with attentive staff. The nice bartender even created an amazing tasting virgin cocktail for me! My husband also enjoyed his whiskey and cocktail.
Despite situated in the centre of the city, the Dylan is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, so we slept like babies. The breakfast was of high quality, with different kinds of options on the menu, to tickle everyone’s fancy.
Unfortunately restaurant Vinkeles (which I believe has a Michelin star) was closed during our stay.
I would definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again, when travelling to Amsterdam, thanks to the impeccable service. For me, the Dylan truly is a home away from home!
Lovely retro decor and cozy vibes in the heart of Amsterdam. Particularly enjoyed the cocktails and atmosphere in the lounge around the fireplace. The food on the other end isn’t really worth the money - overpriced for the quality you are getting. 5€ for a hot chocolate without chocolate:/ breakfast was ok
We were with my husband on New Year 2021. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are friendly and positive. The room is clean and comfortable. You feel at home. The location is great right in the center. I recommend this hotel!☃️ Happy New Year ☃️
Absolutely perfect stay at Pulitzer! For my girlfriend's 30th birthday we booked a room and I asked to have a painting (for her birthday) being put in the room before we arrived. The Pulitzer team did everything to help me organize this and made this stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Mike, Ron and Thom for thinking along and the overwhelming hospitality.
Amazing hotel experience! I’ve stayed for New Years Eve (2019) and it was fantastic. The ambience of the lobby is simply a 10, combined with cool, young and happy employees.
I really recommend to get breakfast as it is one of the best ones I had (from fish, to sweet pastry and amazing eggs). Congrats to the Argentine team that work there!

Nice modern hotel with amazing beds and great shower. Rooms are on the small side but it says so on the site. Not sure the AC is working as it should though, the temperature didn't go down.
My husband and I are Canadians who now live in America, and have both travelled very extensively. We stayed here just over a year ago and I’m writing a review now because we are both STILL talking about how this was the best hotel experience overall we have both had out of hundreds. I was pregnant when we stayed here, and from the second we walked in the door they treated us with superb attention and service. The welcome ritual was to offer new check-ins a glass of complimentary champagne on the terrace as they brought our things to our room. The hostess noticed I was pregnant, and took initiative to go down to the cafe and gift shop to pick me up a fresh smoothie and even a sweet stuffed toy to present me and (my now daughter) with welcome gifts. The staff was friendly, attentive and we loved our room. The Dutchess restaurant downstairs has an amazing breakfast every morning, and for dinner they have the most incredible mushroom risotto I’ve ever had. The spa was wonderful and relaxing, with a great ambiance. The terrace is great for sunset, and the bar has a great vibe at night. I’m so thrilled we stayed here and when we return to Amsterdam we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. After my stay here I was convinced the Dutch were far nicer and polite than Canadians who have a reputation for it.
Excellent service and beautifully decorated rooms! I asked for a birthday surprise for my husband and it was even better than expected. Located only a 15/20 min walk from the central station. Def 5 star recommend!!!! Thank you!!!!!!
The guys at the front desk were so cool and gave me some beer reccomendations, as they are also the bartenders! Stayed here during my visit to Amsterdam and went to a show across the street at Melkweg. Rooms are small, but that was fully expected before booking, and it can be loud when the tram comes by through the night. It's fun to play on the pool table as well. Great place to stay! 5/5.
We stayed at Ink Hotel Amsterdam one night, and got the gourmet dinner package. Honestly, I only have great things to say! This experience exceeded our expectations in so many ways. First of all, it's great that they're offering this kind of packages. It's definitely a different experience for a local, to stay at a hotel near their home. Second, everything about our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, we had a Nespresso machine, amazing hygiene products and a few surprises! The hotel even offered us hand gel and face masks. Then, we had two amazing cocktails at the bar (I really recommend their Ink cocktail) and the gourmet dinner. The cod was amazing! After dinner, we slept very well, as the bed was extremely comfortable. On the next day, we had a very complete and delicious breakfast. Also, the staff was extremely nice and attentive - I can only recommend you stay at Ink Hotel!
The bed was big and super comfortable..,, we had some good moments on the shower because it's very big looks like a rain and I also like your system Cromcast it's very modern and you can control and see everything with the tablet. And also we stayed on the den room that that has a stuffed animal and he was very very very creepy and yes that was the only thing that the we didn't like so much, thank you for having us Highland House
