What an experience! The concept of the hotel is amazing, with a lot of details everywhere. We were sleeping in the Volkswagen bus, which was bigger than expected, perfect for one night. We worried a bit about where to leave our luggage, but there is a big suitcase to store the luggage next to the bus. The shared bathrooms where quite clean and modern. There are lockable shower rooms with a sink in different sizes. The bathrooms are downstairs so it is a good idea to bring some slippers and a morning coat. When we went to Amsterdam, we could leave our luggage in the hotel. All in all a super cool experience.
No windows in the room, 3 toilets for the whole hotel that we had to share with the restaurant guests. The staff was nice and that's the only reason why I don't curse the fact that we can't give lower ratings than 1 star. Location isn't even that good either, you can stay at hotels for the same price that are much closer to the centre of the city.
Fancy little hotel with (really) tiny theme based rooms where you can feel comfortable, unless you suffer from claustrophobia.
Only the furnishings in our room (Ivy 7) should be more complete. Also the ventilation could be better..
The service was throughout very friendly, special thanks to the guy who let us in at night when our key card didn't work!
I would give three stars for the customer service and one for my overall experience. I stayed for 5 nights and it was absolutely horrible, the hotel itself is really cool but I literally couldn't breath inside my room, there's only a couple of rooms with windows but ours didn't, (not sure if I saw anything regarding it when I was booking) the ventilation was an absolute joke, could smell every thing the kitchen was cooking, it was insanely overwhelming. They managed to cop out of giving me a different room despite it being their fault, if I knew I wouldn't be able to breathe properly and I'd wake up extremely dehydrated because of how insanely hot the rooms were, I'd have gone somewhere else. I definitely regret the experience, I wouldn't do it again nor would I recommend anyone to.
