Only good thing here is good location. One of the worst hotels experience for me. The price was to high for the standards. Room wasn't clean at all, bathroom too. Standing water in the shower and bathroom. Shower gel was empty. There's a cat walking around and making noises during night time. I was really disappointed.
Lovely and clean. Comfortable bed and wet room shower. Really reasonable room price. Get what you expect for the price of rooms. Would stay again.
Worse hotel I’ve been on mu life.
The walls are paper thin and this you get waken-up every time someone in the whole hotel does or says something. I read comments like this but as prices and location we’re Ok I thought I could go along with it. Do NOT make that mistake. Total sleep deprivation will RUIN your trip.
A very cute hotel with beautiful rooms. Getting in upper floors is difficult but this is normal in A‘dam. One star minus for the showers that make the whole bathroom wet.
I wish I could leave no stars if that was an option. This is the first bad review I am writing, but I had to because our experience was not justified and no one should go through what we had to. Our bedroom would not lock and asked to get the lock fixed before we headed out for the evening. When we came back, we were horrified to find out that the lock was still not locked which meant all of our belonging was unsupervised the whole time. Unfortunately, all rooms were booked, so the receptionist just gave us the "Do not disturb" sign to hang on our bedroom. We did not comfortably sleep needless to say. Management did not do anything the next day. No sign of refund, discount, or customer service. Sent them 2 emails, but no response. No one would pick up to deal with it. On top of it, there was a fire alarm that went off the first night. No carpet on the floor so everything echoes. Walls are peeling off. Very steep stairs. DO NOT STAY HERE.
