It's an older building from the 1960s. It's very clean, well-kept and some things would be updated. You hardly hear anything from the neighbors, who all make a friendly impression.
The only thing that stood out very negatively is the area by the water (which is public). There is dog poop everywhere.
We went on vacation every year when we were kids. Our parents took us to the apartments in that tower. We have very good memories. It's a shame that you cannot currently enjoy the small coves that exist. Formerly they were small coves with sand and we spent the day in the water. We have a very special affection for the tower
An apartment on the beachfront with spectacular views. It goes down directly to the beach with the elevator of the building. It has a large terrace to the sea with a table to eat 6 people. Perfect place for a family vacation
Newly renovated apartment. Very comfortable and well connected, with a large terrace on the sea, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave
It separates it from the sea only a small garden with a large magnolia, which is accessed by elevator. There are several small beaches below the garden that are almost private, frequented by the owners who live in the building. They have showers with a key. The large Albufereta beach is a five minute walk away.
The views are beautiful and you can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. The person who is responsible for the reception is very friendly and lends his help to any problem that is presented to customers.
Excellent location, spectacular views. Highly recommended to go as a couple or with children.
