Super neat urbanization. Perfect location. First line of beach. Tram transport to the door of the building.
A neat building, although somewhat old now, it is in a privileged location and on the beachfront, with direct access across the street and the tram. For me the best area of El Campello, nothing overcrowded and a quiet beach at times and with waves at others, which delight the youngest.
To put a but to the building, some owners (not all), who are grouped together in clan mode, are stiff and think they spend the summer in Melrose Place, but come on, seeing the vehicles in the parking lot, I can't say the same ... some Tiguan and little else.
The porter of the urbanization is sometimes a bit hesitant, sometimes exceeding his duties. Just as if you add a truncheon and handcuffs to the polo shirt and pants, it would be more appropriate.
