Cannot recommend highly enough, stayed end of August, so peaceful and relaxing. Laying in a hammock seeing all the stars at night. Beautiful rooms, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being that distance outside the city and made full use of the bicycles to get into Alghero in little under 10 minutes. Max was a perfect host, made reservations at one of the best restaurants in Alghero for us, provided beer and was excellent company.
I visited St Anna with my husband and 13 year old son and stayed there for a week. This lovely hideaway is a short distance from the main town with its lively vibe, boutiques, restaurants and bars. The beach is easily accessible, but we also rented a car to travel further afield to visit different beaches along the coastline. The accommodation is set in extensive, peaceful gardens, ideal for lounging on a relaxing break away from it all. Rooms are clean, beautifully presented and comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a great shower and equipped with hairdryer!. The host is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough and will certainly be going back.
Our stay at St Anna was simply gorgeous! The location is great as the beach was just 500m away - and of course the sea is crystal clear..., and all the staffs were so welcoming, we stayed in a room which was beautifully decorated with stylish and rustic interiors.
Definitely I recommend St Anna to anyone who wants to experience a true boutique hotel in this side of Sardinia.

Ideal romantic place for couples
- The bed is horrible - bed base was breaking all the time
- The garden could be more maintained
- Window or vent in bath room would be helpful
+ Beautiful large room
+ Situated in nice and quiet location
+ Close to Alghero
+ Owner is nice, welcoming and helpful
What a fabulous find. Graziano was there to welcome us when we arrived, such a freindly and charming host. Not only did he speak English and had travelled and lived in the UK but also seemed to speak other languages too! The accommodation was only a short drive from Alghero, with good access to facilities. The room was immaculate, the bed was firm and quite comfy, well equipped with a good quality TV and coffee machine along with a choice of beverages. There was also Aircon in the room, and a small fridge to keep the beer cold. If you're traveling on a budget or you just like being away from it all, check this place out. :)
