Excellent welcome, very kind owner, very nice and well furnished apartment and room. Things are new, equipped with en-suite bathroom with hairdryer included. Comfortable bed. The breakfast corner is very well equipped: oven, toaster, coffee machine and is well stocked with various things that can be consumed at any time of the day. Although not very close to the center, around there are still many services that can be reached on foot, markets, bars, pizzerias ... The night is very quiet because there is no chaos in the center and it is very easy to find free parking on the street. . There is an elevator to reach the floor. Really great prices

Excellent value for money, Elena who runs it is very kind, nice and helpful, being our first holiday in Alghero, she gave us valuable advice and satisfied in everything. Large, clean, air conditioned and well appointed room. Excellent idea the breakfast in the room, practically a bar available 24 hours on 24 ... Excellent location, just outside the center, convenient for everything. Street parking always available. Quiet area and super equipped with all services. Super recommended!

The room is clean and comfortable.
The owner Elena was really nice and very helpful, giving us useful advice on places to visit and restaurants in the area.
The real shame was staying only 3 nights ..
