It seems Ok
Primeiramente, o lugar é muito lindo e aconchegante. Os funcionários são uns amores de pessoa e super preocupados com o bem estar dos hóspedes. A comida é maravilhosa e bem servida. Eu com certeza voltarei todos os anos nesse lugar incrível

Ocean view from the room, friendly staff, nice bathrooms, rich breakfast.
The bad
Too expensive for what it is, cable bad signal, breakfast very rich but very little, I was surprised that they charged me again if I wanted to add something to breakfast. Very small piece. But I have been in hotels that are worth even less and buffet breakfast, much larger rooms, spacious bathrooms, TV signal and cable from "well known companies" with a good variety of channels. Anyway is my review.
I recommend it, yes, but its values are exaggerated.

For the same night value, at the Enjoy Hotel in Puerto Varas you have a Deluxe room and all the comforts of a Hotel. KAI is more of a Hostel than a Hotel.
