Room smelly, taste of old furniture and humidity. One hears every single word from the neighbors room! The place needs a serious reform!
Loved this hotel. Always spotless. Rooms nice and modern. Loved the food - I am a vegetarian and their was plenty of choice For me. I heard a few people complaining about the food but I honestly loved it as did my 10 year old son. Entertainment is fab as are the cocktails (no cocktail menu on show - I asked for it) Loved the bingo and quizzes, entertainment staff are brilliant. We had a problem with other guests during our stay ( as did other people with the same guests) and the manager dealt with it really well - he was lovely. Pool is really big with a pool bar for drinks in the day. It’s in a fab location near to shops and the beach. I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel and will definitely be back
We were transfered to this hotel from Cala D'or as Cala D'or is totally shut down...
The hotel offers self Catering... Bed and breakfast and all inclusive....
Breakfast is buffet style and offers a wide variety of foods for breakfast the only thing that let's it down is no English Breakfast Tea.., and the coffee is not very nice but full marks for everything else.
On arrival we were given an apartment which was well past our expections and we are overlooking the pool area.
Very clean and spacious.... There is a safety deposit box at €18 a week... Beds are very comfortable.
Pool side is kept very clean.. During this Covid-19 outbreak it is MANDETARY to wear face masks whilst walking around the hotel and pool area and restaurant area until you have sat down at your table or around the pool area in your social bubble... But the MASK MUST BE WORN WHEN GETTING A DRINK OR FOOD.....
Pool side bar closes at 6pm..

Although we hadn't planned to stay at this hotel as we had been relocated due to COVID, as a family we were extremely impressed by this hotel. Throughout our stay we had several issues arising from our changed booking but the reception staff were amazing and couldn't have done more to help us. The hotel itself was immaculate with beautiful well kept gardens and pool - which although was one pool had several different aspects to it to make it feel like several pools in one. The hotel location was also amazing with it only being 2 minutes from the beautiful beach. Our room was lovely with a large balcony, super large bathroom and extremely easy to convert sofa bed with the only downside being the paper thin walls, you can hear everyone leaving for their early morning flights. When we stayed only the main buffet restaurant was open but we loved the food and choices available and for using that restaurant for every meal over 14 days we did not get bored. Our children loved the playground, food and the pool but above all they loved the animation team of Javi, Rocio and Iris and their entertainment programme. They made the holiday so special and the badges and medals to collect gave great excitement for the kids to take part in so many different activities. Absolutely wonderful hotel, with the staff making it exceptional.
Nice apartment for 3 stars hotel, big enough for 3-4 people. The double bed was comfortable, the bed linens were white and clean. Same with the towels.
The mini refrigerator was also clean.
The pool looks nice but we didn't use it because we were all the time on the beach. Breakfast was not included, but you can book it at the hotel for 12€/adult, for us were a little bit much to pay 36€ just for breakfast.
I would give 3 from 5 points for cleaning, the floor could be cleaned a little bit better including the bathroom and balcony.
Miss Claudia at the front desk was really nice.
We would visit again for the same price. We paid 1650€/2 adults, 1 child for 10 days without breakfast.
