We stayed here 5 years ago and returned this year for my husband's 50th and wedding anniversary with our girls now 7 and 9. The food was a let down in pool bar and restaurant for the the first week with chefs who didn't cook very well but we complained and as the week went on the food improved to what we remembered and finishing off with a fabulous night . The director met us the final day and apologized and explained a change of chefs. I was so impressed that I will return and the hotel is amazing with staff who are amazing . I love this hotel and the pools are amazing . It's just a bit sad that we spent so much on all inclusive and had to eat so bad the first week, we spent a lot because the food was so amazing first time around, it would of been lovely if they had offered a discount for our return with the intention that the food would be improved. ♥️
We loved our stay at this hotel, it was very clean and well run with plenty of staff on hand. We stayed half board and the food was good with plenty of options.
It’s very child friendly with plenty of entertainment for them. Our children loved the pools and play areas.
I would use this hotel group again!
Fabulous hotel, stayed three times now and the standard never falters. The staff are great rooms are a good standard great location for beach restaurants and bars. The animation team are outstanding and work tirelessly to keep everyone entertained .
