What an amazing find. I'm actually reluctant to write a review about this jewel of a hotel in case I can never book a room again. Like a perfect diamond, small and exquisite. Our room, one of only 4, had a terrace, jacuzzi bath and made the most romantic of settings complete with champagne, chocolates and rose petals. The decor is luxuriously simple. Due to Covid, the restaurant was unfortunately closed. However, The Cristal bar/restaurant opposite served us an amazing take away dinner which we ate in our room. Our hostess was friendly, kind, and served us a very good buffet breakfast. Add this hotel to your romantic wanna 'do'. For added romance, walk to Barcares and watch the sunset over Pollensa Bay. Perfection.
Service awful... Waitress not friendly, none were attentive and really cared about you after they've got you seated! Had to ask to give our drinks order after waiting ages. Food came but we were not given any cutlery to eat with so had to wait whilst it went cold. We finished our main and we were asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu to which we replied yes. We were instead brought the bill at which point dessert was obviously not an option so we were ready to pay but ended up waiting again and eventually asked two members of staff if we could settle the bill... We were told to wait while some staff were idle and others were just chatting with eachother... So, we got up to leave and only half way out were they prepared to accept our payment. Needless to say e will not be back. The worst service we have had in mallorca after numerous trips here.
Really nice hotel and restaurant. The patio is beautiful, very romantic and so charming! I highly recommend it!
This room was incredible. We stayed in the Eivisssa room. It was on the first floor and had a balcony that opened up to the courtyard. The room was super clean. The bed was magical. I'm 6'1" and I could stretch my legs out in the bathtub. I wish I would have stayed here for a week. It was absolutely stunning. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. They had great fruit, bread, and yogurt options. It was very filling and a perfect start to our day.This is a very small hotel as far as number of rooms and it is in the middle of the walled part of the city so it was nice and quiet. You can't drive to the hotel and there isn't any parking in the old town. Make sure that they know your arrival time so someone can unlock the place and get you your room key. At least in the off season they don't have someone there all the time to check you in. 10/10 would stay there again.
We stopped by just to eat, cozy inner terrace worked like a charm when we were randomly choosing a place. I highly recommend sitting on the upper “balcony” and absorbing the atmosphere, especially if you don’t come from Mediterranean country. Friendly staff, delicious sea food and reasonable prices considering the surrounding restaurants. Totally a must stop when visiting Alcudia center.
