Very nice hotel room - clean and comfy. Perfectly located in the old part of Alcudia. Reception desk is in another building - just 100m from Can Simo.
There is no parking as you can't drive into the old town but it's not a problem - you can leave your car just 2 minutes from the hotel on the free municipal parking (Alcudia Old City Parking). Great breakfast served in Sa Mossegada restaurant (just 100m from the hotel).
The only disadvantage was an air-condition which didn't want to set into mid level - it was either switched off either freezing us. And there was very small bathroom but with big shower.
Definitely it was a good choice.
As we recommend it as a very nice hotel, we can't recommend another hotel from their chain - Hostal Ventura in Santanyi which is one big misunderstanding. So go to Can Simon, stay away from Hostal Ventura.

I stayed here over Christmas and cannot fault the hotel. Joanna and all the staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay.
The rooms are beautiful and really clean and the food served in the restaurant was incredible. All guests were given a gift on Christmas morning which I thought was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here
The hotel is very nice, friendly staf, very good breakfast and lovely menu for lunch and dinner. In a nice surrounding area. We stayed in this hotel for 11 nights it was a lovely time. We are coming back.
Excellent hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Good food and really well equipped rooms.
