The best hotel in Alcudia Port. Very helpful lovely stuff, very comfy bed, bathroom facilities are good. The views are amazing.
Only downfall is they only give you 1 bottle of water on arrival and people smoke on there balcony, if your a none smoker then it isn't very nice the smell.
The beach is the nicest beach I've been to.
Decent hotel with a couple of drawbacks, somewhat too expensive for offering.
Definitely positive is:
+ no kids
+ nice sunbeds
+ location close to the beach and center
+ good and very diverse food
+ clean rooms
+ rooms with a see view and nice balconies
+ pillows menu
However :
- unfriendly and indelicate service during meals, pushing you to leave faster
- pool opening hours are too short
- zero vanity accessories besides of basic soap /shower gel
- no drinking water
- very small amount of rooms with double beds
- balcony is surrounded by neighbors' sounds from all fourth sides
- water on the beach is murky and reek of faul eggs
- espresso on the bar (it was just hopeless )
Service and facilities were great. The room was very comfortable and the bacolny with the sea view and sunbed was just perfect. Breakfast by thr pool was very pleasant as well. Iloved everything!
Just arrived today. Already I'm super impressed. One of the nicest hotels I've been to. Food excellent
Friendly staff, good location, decent breakfast, ok double room though the "double bed" was two singles pushed together...
