The service and the stay was fine. Control and prevention against covid well. The cleanliness of the room is what I liked the least, from the rest of the hair to cobwebs and dust. I understand that they only opened it for a few days for Valentine's Day but I would have liked more cleaning.
For prevention, dinner in the room was fine, breakfast in another establishment (a few meters away) and practically no contact with anyone. The location is very good, especially to get to know and walk around Alcúdia.
Great romantic hotel in the middle of beautiful Alcudia
I am very disappointed with this hotel, I made a reservation for 3 people, me with my wife and daughter. After booking my daughter broke her leg on the beach, before check-in time and they wouldn't let me cancel it or give me my money back.
I would like to know what they would think if the same thing happened to them, a little empathy right?
That's all, I think I have not missed anyone in this regard.
A new small hotel in the center of Alcudia. Highly recommended
Wow! What a good restaurant with a good ambience. We had the lunch menu for 10 €, and what a good meal it was! But the appetizer (salmon carpaccio with wakame) was more than worth the money. Main course (pork fillet with berry sauce and sweet potato sauce, as well as the melon sorbet were excellent.) The children have cooled down in the small pool.
First restaurant in Mallorca where everything really fit!
