The hotel is newly renewed, with big beds and rooms. The staff was very nice, specially the entertainer Ozz and the waiters Ismael and Vicente. We just missed some more information at check in from the staff at the reception.
Great hotel, nice staff. The food in the buffet restaurant is good. Pool area is clean and the pool is great. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures, and the cleaning crew is meticulous. I also enjoyed the various entertainment. It's in close proximity to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would gladly stay there again.
Hotel clean and well presented. Quicker check in would be more convenient for guests as very slow process. Good choice of food and beverages but self service hot drinks machines were not replaced quickly if not working.
Entertainment reps Alberto and Luca were very friendly and tried to include everyone. Good effort. Volume restrictions on loudspeakers when musical acts were on in the evenings spoiled the quality and professionalism of the acts, therefore lowering the satisfaction of the guests in attendance. This should be addressed immediately.

Amazing facilties, really friendly staff from reception, restaurant and pool. Complimentary champagne on arrival was a very nice surprise. Very clean spacious and modern rooms. Would definitely recommend. me and my fiance are having the most beautiful time. Would definitely return.
