A true boutique hotel, in a great location. It has to be seen in person, to fully appreciate the true beauty and unique experience on offer here. Simply stunning.

The service and the stay was fine. Control and prevention against covid well. The cleanliness of the room is what I liked the least, from the rest of the hair to cobwebs and dust. I understand that they only opened it for a few days for Valentine's Day but I would have liked more cleaning.
For prevention, dinner in the room was fine, breakfast in another establishment (a few meters away) and practically no contact with anyone. The location is very good, especially to get to know and walk around Alcúdia.
Beautiful hotel that smells super lovely! Food was great and all the staff were super lovely! Saw a member of staff outside of work heading home and they stopped and had a pleasant conversation with us and suggested things to do in the area! Super lovely and would love to visit again some time!

Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Such a relaxed friendly ambience brought on by hospitable and multilingual staff, breakfast, pool and spa facilities all complimenting each other in the perfect boutique hotel experience. Ideal location in a picturesque, bustling old town with plenty to do.
Caught the first flight out to Majorca after lockdown and booked this lovely hotel near to the marina and was welcomed by an excellent enthusiastic staff. We were upgraded to a superior room at no extra expense which was quite spacious and led out to a lovely sun terrace. The pool was clean and had a lifeguard on duty and a well stocked pool bar selling beers cocktails and soft drinks and tasty cooked snacks
Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable and all coronavirus safe guards were strictly adhered to ensuring a safe atmosphere

What a lovely place within the old town of Alcudia. Not only that the hotel is perfectly located in one of the most beautiful streets and its rooms are all new and well equipped, also the service is outstanding.
The best hotel in Alcudia Port. Very helpful lovely stuff, very comfy bed, bathroom facilities are good. The views are amazing.
Only downfall is they only give you 1 bottle of water on arrival and people smoke on there balcony, if your a none smoker then it isn't very nice the smell.
The beach is the nicest beach I've been to.
Very nice hotel room - clean and comfy. Perfectly located in the old part of Alcudia. Reception desk is in another building - just 100m from Can Simo.
There is no parking as you can't drive into the old town but it's not a problem - you can leave your car just 2 minutes from the hotel on the free municipal parking (Alcudia Old City Parking). Great breakfast served in Sa Mossegada restaurant (just 100m from the hotel).
The only disadvantage was an air-condition which didn't want to set into mid level - it was either switched off either freezing us. And there was very small bathroom but with big shower.
Definitely it was a good choice.
As we recommend it as a very nice hotel, we can't recommend another hotel from their chain - Hostal Ventura in Santanyi which is one big misunderstanding. So go to Can Simon, stay away from Hostal Ventura.
What an amazing find. I'm actually reluctant to write a review about this jewel of a hotel in case I can never book a room again. Like a perfect diamond, small and exquisite. Our room, one of only 4, had a terrace, jacuzzi bath and made the most romantic of settings complete with champagne, chocolates and rose petals. The decor is luxuriously simple. Due to Covid, the restaurant was unfortunately closed. However, The Cristal bar/restaurant opposite served us an amazing take away dinner which we ate in our room. Our hostess was friendly, kind, and served us a very good buffet breakfast. Add this hotel to your romantic wanna 'do'. For added romance, walk to Barcares and watch the sunset over Pollensa Bay. Perfection.
Verry peaceful and caln, we lived on the adults only space. Nice pool, good service, nice staff. Big rooms, like an two room appartment, with balcony. Verry relaxing everything.
