Absolutely love this hotel. Great facilities, lovely pool and gardens. Our apartment was amazing with two nice balconies. Brilliant location right near the strip . Food and drink good. Lovely staff. Honestly cant recommend enough.
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, it was very clean and the staff are very friendly, to get around you will definatly need a car however all the shops and beach are very near by. This hotel is very nice I will definitely come back here again. I booked self catering so basically had food at the hotel. cooker was great and they provide us with cutlery.
As lots of other reviews mention the lobby and outside of the hotel look great and have clearly benefited from an EU Regional Development grant. The rooms however are a little bit dated, they're not shabby but not to the quality of a four star hotel. Dirt, some stains and weirdly non functional switches were present throughout our suite. We had a ground floor, easterly facing room which meant the sun never quite reached us and we were treated to stunning views of a parking lot but hey, you don't go on holiday to spend all your time in a hotel. We had some issues with our room on the first day which were resolved immediately by the fantastic staff and that service carried through our entire stay. We only had breakfast in the hotel which was great with both continental and cooked options served. The refurbished spa looked very nice however there is an additional charge of €6 per day for use of the indoor pool with other treatments available. The hotel is some distance from the main town of Albufeira with bars and restaurants in the surrounding area if that's your thing. A small supermarket is a five minute walk and shockingly there are loads of beaches in close proximity. All in all it was a pleasant experience - just watch out for the pullout bed.
It's a lovely hotel with very comfortable accommodation. Has a nice pool, bar area and pool café. However, the food at breakfast is stone cold and tepid at dinner. The housekeeping service don't show up till 4pm every day just when most people want to relax in their room. For this reason, I wouldn't return, I hate cold food and although there is a microwave, can't microwave a fried egg!
Excellent hotel, very close to shops & restaurants. There two beaches near the hotel well worth sending sometime walking around. The reason why 4 star is, the tall guy at breakfast time is very paranoid, keeps staring at you while you eat and get food. I mean I paid for this!
