First of all: we enjoyed our time at TUI Blue Falésia during our 6-nights stay in September 2020.
It’s a nice hotel complex with a nice restaurant, a good looking pool and some really clean and modern rooms. But we also expected a bit more for the amount of money we paid. The friendliness of the staff -especially in the restaurant- varies from superb to being stressed out all the time. Also, the buffet was assisted due to the Corona pandemic which was good organized, but the signage of the different food could be definitely better. Additionally some of the cooks which assisted the guests in handing out food could not speak a SINGLE word in English. Not even the easiest words like tomato or onion. You need to work on that. The food itself was mostly very good.
For us, the design of the sunbeds and the sun umbrellas around the pool looked incredibly cheap and the daybeds which they advert their hotel with are NOT included (25€ minimum per day).
As mentioned the rooms were extraordinary clean and most of the staff helpful and friendly all the time. It’s nice to have a little timeout in this hotel, but do not expect too much. It’s very ordinary to be honest.
Well run hotel, rooms may not be the most luxurious but spacious, clean, good beds, nice terraces. Many places to chill, have a coffee or eat, nice pool, wide selection of activities, professional staff. Good bartenders in the evenings, worse by the pool. Great value for money.
Great hotel with awesome staff!
The hotel is very stylish, especially the bar is amazing with great live bands. The hotel rooms are very modern, clean, with huge comfortable beds and optionally with beautiful seaview balconys. The hotel is located right at the amazing beach and Albufeira is only 10 minutes away with an Uber for 6€ ;)
Also they are handling the Covid-19 hygiene in an exemplary manner! That is outstanding!

The location and hotel itself are quite good. The hospitality and food quality fall short though. The buffet food is tasteless and cold. The a la carte restaurant is quite good but for the price we paid, we would expect that quality even in the buffet. We booked a seaview room but our view from the first floor room was obstructed by so many trees. Kind of pointless since we paid more for the view. Average hotel and below standard food. Beach is a ridiculous walk down 200 steps and the beach itself is rocky and small. Overall, there are many better hotels in Algarve, this one doesn't meet the cut.
