Terrible hotel reception staff were rude and ignorant we were shoved into a annexe complained told no rooms available ,aircon was leaking nothing done won't be going back there but will to Portugal.
This Hotel is at the Top of the Hill, overlooking Albuferia Old Town.
It's nice walking down to the Old Town, and a bit of a hike to get back.
Good food and nice swimming pools.
Just home yesterday from staying at the Cerro Malpique Hotel. It's a beautiful clean hotel. Very spacious and it has everything you need for a self catering hotel. Fernando at reception was fantastic with us. Anything we needed he helped us with. He was so friendly and made our stay a very pleasant one.
Highly recommend!! Rooms clean and staff very friendly. Will be back
Great value for money, close to everything. Lovely clean apartment. We had a pool view which was lovely, beds and pillows comfy and very spacious. Only problem is the hill/steps. They are a killer but taxi was only €3.60 to old town so of you walk down the steps it's not expensive to get back
