Brilliant hotel. The reception team and the staff as a whole were highly professional and attentive. The rooms are excellent and the beach is captivating.
The only downfall was that when i stayed over a year and a half ago it was very quiet therefore the all inclusive option wasnt available and we were made to have a set menu within the hotels restaurant for the duration of our stay however the chef was very good.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE, from the private beach to the seafood, everything was amazing. The views were stunning and the quality was excellent, my whole family had such a wonderful time. I highly recommend.
The only thing 5 star about this place is the landscaping. Everything else is mediocre at best. Was really excited about the breakfast, but everything was cold and bland. Rooms are outdated. The carpet should be replaced in most parts of the hotel. It does have a nice location with easy access to the beach, but it's a public beach. Due to Covid restrictions only one small pool is open (none of the spa services are open), which is understandable, but the four times that I attempted to swim in it, in every case it was full of kids. You think they would at least wave the €5 mandatory charge for a swim cap. Overall, it is not a bad place but I really don't understand how they get away with calling themselves a 5 star hotel/resort. Maybe a 4 star when they're having a good day. But mostly a solid 3.
Lovely hotel! We stayed here last summer and it was beautiful, the beach is just down a little path a short walk from the hotel. Only thing to be aware of is that there’s not much in the way of restaurants or shops within walking distance from the hotel. But the room and beds are so comfortable, the hotel breakfast and sushi were the best we’ve ever had!
Very nice hotel, it was a pleasant stay, and everything was perfectly organized for safety and healthy measures during the current pandemic.
